Via this partnership, we provide total turn-key design, prototyping, product development, consumer branding/marketing, manufacturing and product fulfillment capabilities. StrataForm provides its customers with a quick-reaction, rapid response, one-stop shop specializing in custom plastic blow mold, injection mold and manufacturing, product improvements, and plastics mold/tooling design and fabrication.

We can step in at any phase of your product development and manufacturing process:

• Create 3-D models using SolidWorks software or review your design for tooling readiness and submit them to our tooling partner companies for review.
• Resolve technical issues and once designs are approved, arrange tool prototype fabrication, final tooling fabrication and first article submission for customer approval.
• Monitor tool fabrication process and completion schedules.
• Arrange for transportation of the tooling anywhere in the world and complete all import/export documentation.
• Supply component parts or complete assemblies produced either overseas or domestically.
